Within our Southeast Asian sales area, we\xe2\x80\x99re responsible for sales and service activities in the Southeast Asian territories including Freeport, Indonesia, Mongolia, Japan, Korea, Philippines and Indochina. About the job
You manage the sales areas\xe2\x80\x99 HR & EHS function, where your main mission is to develop, drive and implement our people strategy across the entire employee life cycle and improve business performance. This is done in collaboration with your local HR team, the global SMR HR Management team as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
