Functional Competencies

To stay abreast of emerging trends and identify new opportunities in the domains of innovative initiatives
Work closely with segment leaders, products and business owners to calibrate business strategies related to new technologies
Work closely with the Global Strategy Teams and Global Technology Leaders to ensure the alignment of strategic priorities
Establish tools, forums and processes to engage with market leaders and innovation champions, and to communicate openly on innovations and technologies
Close liaison with the Head Office Technical Management, and take part in committees and/or working groups to define strategies, rule development and technical strategic projects that may drive the Company as business leader in its own field
Manage Department budget, cost and project funding

Requirement

Master Degree in Marine Engineering, with minimum of 18 years working experience in the Marine & Offshore industry
At least 3 years in commercial capacity
Possess strong stakeholder management capability, excellent communication and networking skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and able to work within a team and to do well in both start-ups and corporate environments
