Job Description
Aurex Group is searching for a strong business leader, applied to a career in retail leasing. A well funded expansion ambition is the mandate, both of existing brands / products within the Group as well as new concepts under develpoment to suit the Singapore market.Suitable candidates for this role will:
- Demonstrate tenured experience building and executing a growth strategy of retail stores, for a brand or group; and
- Have track record of building relationships with landlords across Singapore, especially in new developments and high growth areas; and
- Understand real estate operations, facility management, and multi-site logistics as it relates to supporting real estate for diverse portfolio.
