About the Opportunity We are looking for a professional and dynamic leader to join our team as a Director of Marketing, Asia to lead, support and build a multi-brand regional Marketing team. The successful candidate will take the lead on:

  • Setting the strategic marketing direction (including brand positioning) in conjunction with global and FCM leadership team
  • Delivering the targeted acquisition, retention and brand health measures
  • Leading the development of communications, content and public relations to optimise the brand value proposition
  • Establishing the marketing direction, content and focus of digital and direct initiatives to deliver agreed outcomes
  • Nurturing and growing a team of marketing specialists across the region

Key Responsibilities
  • Together with Chief Business Officer (CBO) and global marketing Leadership team, develop and maintain annual regional marketing plan and budget
  • Work with the digital marketing team to deploy a digital marketing strategy to deliver on lead generation targets. This includes developing a strategy that is delivered across the four key areas of digital marketing \xe2\x80\x93 website development, content marketing including social media, email automation and paid acquisition marketing.
  • Work with the digital team to manage company websites & social media pages across all markets
  • Develop and deliver an offline marketing strategy including exhibitions, events, PR and advertising for both prospects and clients.
  • Lead monthly communication for the region to cover global initiatives and developments, share information and leverage the regional group activity
  • Responsible for driving and improving FCM brand consistency throughout the region
  • Work with CRM team for industry segmentation and database profile to create targeted campaigns to support lead generation, marketing database and ROI reporting
  • Create and deliver an internal communication strategy
  • Create and deliver marketing strategy for all brands in all markets
  • Review and regular audit of FCM Partner network social media and website to ensure adherence to corporate identity standards
  • Responsible for co-ordinating client communication as required by the Brand Leadership
  • Strategically lead digital strategy \xe2\x80\x93 including website and lead generation
  • Maintain and maximize preferred supplier relationships at a national level.
What we are looking for:
  • At least 5 years of strategic B2B marketing experience is essential and crucial with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge about the various market and driving force behind it
  • Strong analytical skill to provide sound marketing strategy to contribute to business growth
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities
  • Proficient with desktop publishing tools (ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network at all levels
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Well presented with a high degree of professionalism
  • Demonstrates personal excellence by showing personal determination, resilience and is optimistice in changing circumstances
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving results against set targets
