Job Description
细化和完善个交易所的运营流程- 指导运营专员的日常工作
- 管理运营团对的日常工作
- 制定，监控和报告各种运营指标
- 配合研发产品团对完成项目上的市和迭送工作
- 监控和分析运营和用户的各种问题和故障
- 配合流动性团对完成风控
职位要求：
- 有3年以上主交流所运营经验，管理经验优先
- 精通区块链行业，自己有完成的炒币经验, 了解基本的数字货币的交易流程
- 热爱币圈，对于币圈有一定信仰
- 熟练使用EXCEL等办公软件
- 对数字敏感，做事细心
- 具有良好的团对合作精神， 和沟通和协调能力
