We're looking for a leader to own our product management process. You'll be responsible for our backlog, building processes, and intra-team coordination. Success will be measured by building the right product quickly. A technical background is useful, but not necessary, we're more enthusiastic about having a leader with impeccable product taste. You'll need the grit and skills to go from zero to one.

What you'll be doing

Own the product roadmap planning and delivery

. Prioritize features by collaborating with sales, marketing, and engineering. Lead Sprint Planning across teams by working with engineering and design to estimate workload and prioritize work. Own the delivery of the roadmap.

Define and Measure Success

. Define product metrics and analyze results. Synthesize metrics with qualitative customer feedback to improve the product and prioritize the product backlog.

Build and manage

a small team of product managers and user experience designers. Lead product-related communications across company

Continually improve

our product, engineer and design processes to allow our team to get more done, faster.

Customer experience.

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of both product management and team management experience Deep passion for startups and technology Strong understanding of product development processes and Software Development Lifecycles Desirable personality traits: grit, self-starter, intellectually curious Strong communicator * Strong eye for details
