About the Position
The Director of Sales - Asia will be responsible for the establishment and expansion of the client base in Asia, while providing local guidance and mentoring of staff to achieve yearly business plans.
The incumbent will manage all aspects of the Whispir Asia business including P&L, pipeline, sales, and channel selection. This role will provide sales coaching and deal strategy advice to sales teams, via a mixture of hands-on client engagement and structured deal reviews. Regular sales cadence and performance reviews against quarterly business objectives will be conducted.
As a seasoned, talented enterprise and midmarket sales leader, you'll know how to plan and execute comprehensive account pursuits and transactional business in collaboration with our channel partners. You will mentor and coach more junior members of the sales team and thrive in a fast-paced technology environment.
