The role
Are you a visionary digital leader with a passion for crafting exceptional online strategies and developing innovative products? We're looking for a dynamic Director - Online Marketing and Product Development to spearhead our online marketing efforts and drive the evolution of our product portfolio, positioning Suntec Singapore at the forefront of the MICE industry in online sales and services.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online engagement, drive direct bookings, and enhance brand presence across web, social media, and mobile channels.
• Develop and accelerate the growth of online sales and servicing.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development cycle, from market research and concept design to launch, performance monitoring, and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, and Operations, to align digital campaigns and product initiatives with business goals.
• Lead website and e-commerce enhancements to improve user experience, conversion rates, and integration with CRM systems.
• Analyse customer data and market trends to identify new opportunities for products, packages, or online offerings that differentiate our brand.
• Lead and manage the online Sales and Marketing Team.
• Establish KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports for the CEO and senior management, recommending data-driven improvements.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or product development, ideally within the hospitality, travel, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in taking offline products and services online.
• Strong knowledge of Social Media marketing, Google Analytics, paid UX/UI best practices, and online marketing automation tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Innovative mindset with a keen eye for emerging digital trends and technologies.
