Ensure all products meet or exceed company quality standards and regulatory requirements by implementing robust quality control processes and conducting regular audits.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity enhancements, and lead cross-functional improvement projects.
Work with the executive team to develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company\'s business objectives. Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to make strategic decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners. Optimize the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products while controlling costs.
Develop and manage the operational budget for the Singapore facility. Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement measures to control expenditures.
Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, key metrics, and KPIs to the executive team. Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making and improve processes.
Promote a safe working environment and comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, as well as all relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with Human Resources to lead the team with integrity, fostering a trusting, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Work closely with the parent company in the USA on all operational matters.

Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control systems.
Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency, productivity, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies such as lean or Six Sigma, with a demonstrated ability to implement structures and roles that enhance speed and efficiency.
Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in a manufacturing setting.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence.
