Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Visa\'s AP People Team is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to support our Visa Consulting Advisory business to oversee the development, implementation, and management of programs that span the entire employee lifecycle for our Visa Consulting Advisory business, from onboarding to development. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning these programs with our organization\'s strategic objectives, and ensuring they deliver outstanding employee experiences that drive engagement, retention, and growth.Reporting to the Head of People Business Partner, AP you will work in close coordination with counterparts and Centers of Excellence for effective planning and delivery of programs supporting the entire employee lifecycle of Visa Consulting Advisory business from onboarding to development.The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning these programs with our organization\'s strategic objectives, and ensuring they deliver outstanding employee experiences that drive engagement, retention, and growth. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment that is in a constant state of evolution and change, demonstrating a preference for strategy setting along with robust implementation to drive business and functional outcomes. • Design, implement, and manage programs related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance management, and career development.
• Developing strategies to boost the sense of belonging among employees is a vital aspect of this role.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programs align with organizational objectives and culture.
• Building programs which scale across AP and also look at specific customizations for country-based nuances.

• Minimum 12 years of relevant HR Program Management experience covering the Asia Pacific Region
• Excellent knowledge of program/project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, training, and development.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in designing and implementing programs.
