Job description
In your new role you will:

• Responsible leadership of large and complex projects relating to OSAT Contract Manufacturing and supervision of implementation of processes in extensive digitalization and procurement projects including operational excellence to ensure consistent improvement and advancement of procurement efficiency and effectiveness, and with the objective to establish a world class procurement organization to maximize contribution to IFX\'s operating profit.
• Responsible for interdisciplinary projects to optimize PROC OSAT procedures and processes and provide active support for IFX-wide projects (eg One SAP) to ensure consideration of procurement knowledge and requirements under consideration of given legal requirements
• Methodical support in design, advancement & implementation of processes to ensure competitiveness of procurement organization
• Methodical support for implementation and advancement of Supplier Relation shipment management (scorecards, PVO development and analysis)
• Implementation of project controlling to obtain best possible results and develop new approaches to solve problems (working with cross functional teams including Div and Suppliers)
• Operation Management in accordance to Contract: Ensure operation execution base on contracts signed bet IFX and suppliers i.e. co-ordination with cross function team on setup eg. Incoterm, enabling, eInvoicing etc
• Manage relationship to Suppliers, Spokesperson to suppliers on Projects, define & control communication and drive project / procurement operations related escalations ; ensuring accurate, smooth procurement operations (orders. Invoices. Payment etc
• Consulting and assistance for procurement issues which are an outcome of the procurement organization to guarantee support for procurement activities within the company
• Develop and implementation of efficient procurement procedures and processes to ensure rationalization potential to optimize productivity and to meet requirements, taking strategic and operational effects into account
• Active participation (interdisciplinary) internal/external working groups to inform oneself and others and ensure knowledge exchanges with other functions to jointly contribute to IFX\'s advancement.
• To inform oneself about the state of art standards and bring external knowledge into the company and ensure strategic advancement of purchasing organization
• Counterparts to external consultants
• Reporting of results by accounts with detailed analysis of gaps to Supplier Management (SM) team ; making results (CR., investment, precious metals & etc) transparent
• People Management : Select, manage , assess, develop and promote employees in area of responsibilities
• Data Management : Manage and ensure team provision of price information for TCR/FRFC/VRFC calculations

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems or similar
• At least 6+ years of increasingly responsible work experience in global projects
• Management experience ideally leading diverse, international and complex organizations and establishing a high performing culture
• Solid experience to drive projects successfully in supporting organizational goals and initiatives as well as experience in reporting results to Top Management
• Proven experience in Change Management in a global and cross functional working environment
• Demonstrated ability to build high performing, resilient and agile organizations
• A solution-oriented mindset, systems thinker as well as Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
