The Company

Our client is an established energy corporation, currently looking to hire a seasoned talent with strong Project Financing experience to oversee the full spectrum of project financing work for the region.

Requirements

• Degree qualified with 15-20 years of experience
• Project Financing experience from the Banking sector will be required
• Essential to have exposure in Energy/ Power/ Utilities business
• Familiar with ECA, IFC, JBIC and financial modelling
• Traits: Hands-on, mature, detailed, results-oriented, ability to work with stakeholders from different culture

Budget: SGD 18,000 - 21,000 per month + Variable Bonus

Job Scope

As the Director (Project Financing), you will be responsible in identifying and executing investment opportunities, financial modelling, drafting & negotiating project finance document and managing project development, and developing contractual strategies which are in line with project and regional objectives. You will evaluate and develop project financing and deal structuring, monitor financial markets to be updated with the latest monetary trend which could affect energy assets, and work very closely with the Business Development team in utilizing your industry network and relationships to develop new opportunities. You will support in the execution of investment opportunities by providing comprehensive analysis, and explore ways to minimize operational risk in financing contracts and negotiations.

You will play an important role in managing resources to meet annual financing and M&A targets, at the same time work very closely with various stakeholders such as legal, market advisors, government officials, board etc).
