The ideal candidate will have proven execution of building and leading a renewal sales team, partnering with multiple Sales leaders to develop the renewal strategy and key processes.Renewals are the life blood of a company\xe2\x80\x99s revenue stream, and the Renewals leader must be able to both focus on the achievement of Renewals targets while keeping a strong teaming approach in their engagement with Sales leadership.In this role you can expect to...Partner closely with Geo leaders on continually refining our Renewals strategy/process and engagement with Sales & Customer SuccessEnsure that Renewal policies, procedures and processes are understood and implemented consistently and cross-functionallyFollow Corporate guidelines and forecast current / future quarter renewal opportunities accurately and on a weekly basisPartner with Sales leadership to ensure alignment in our go-to-market for Sales/RenewalsBecome an expert in Sprinklr products and solutions, often re-selling the value and identifying future expansion opportunitiesProvide role clarity for team members and link departmental goals to the larger organization and Corp InitiativesCreate and deliver summaries of key performance metrics that help the Sales organization focus on Renewals execution & expansion, our customer\xe2\x80\x99s success and account planning for the RenewalEngage with field operations to establish effective analysis of trends and performance in order to continually identify greater efficiencies. and achieve operational excellence.Work closely with our Channels teams to drive growth and expansion via our partnersAssist Sales, Renewals reps and/or leadership with Renewals negotiations & strategic discussionsLead cross functional initiatives in support of Renewals, collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Success and FinanceYou may be a good fit for our team if you have...10+ years of progressive Leadership experience in Renewals, Sales and/or Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS environment3+ years success leading a team of individual contributors and/or other managersStrong executive presence and ability to closely partner with multiple layers of the organizationStrong financial/analytical background who is sales driven with a growth mindsetExperience scaling teams in a hyper-growth environmentAbility to adapt and plan on the fly and deliver on both the customer and organizational needsStrong communication (both written and oral), negotiation, and presentation skillsDemonstrated focus on execution towards desired outcomes with a track record of success under pressureExperience creating employee-focused programs to drive engagementA strong understanding of enterprise software selling processesWhy You\'ll Love Sprinklr:We\'re committed to creating a culture where you feel like you belong, are happier today than you were yesterday, and your contributions matter.
