Job Description

Role:

• Spearhead the delivery of complex risk engagements (ERM, Regulatory Compliance, Operational Risk), providing expert counsel on critical areas like MAS regulations, Basel III, Cyber Risk, and Third-Party Risk.
• Act as a primary driver of revenue, expanding service offerings across APAC and global markets (UK/EU), managing key accounts, and enhancing the firm's market presence through thought leadership and industry engagement.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing consulting team, championing a culture of collaboration, recruitment, and professional development.
• Pioneer the integration of digital tools, data analytics, and AI into advanced risk solutions, defining the future of the firm's risk offerings.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• At least 10+ years in risk consulting/banking, including 5+ years in leadership, with a proven track record of scaling a risk practice internationally (APAC, UK/EU).
• Must possess deep regulatory knowledge (MAS, global standards) and an ability to build trusted, C-suite relationships.
• Regional exposure and experience in dealing with Singapore and ASEAN markets is essential.
