Job Description


Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivering on the Sponsorships strategy in Singapore, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that all sponsorship activities are executed in a well-planned manner
  • Plan and execute anchor sponsorships (Singapore Marathon and Liverpool FC) for the franchise and business, leveraging on the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s sponsorship assets
  • Overall project lead for the Singapore marathon. This includes working closely with the Community Engagement lead on fundraising opportunities and community activities.
  • Drive the delivery of internal and external communications for the marathon and Liverpool FC sponsorship in Singapore; including internal activation of the marathon, project management of employee events and engagement programme - working in partnership with the Communications team.
  • Identify and review corporate sponsorship opportunities that are aligned with the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s overall strategy to increase brand association and establish thought leadership.
  • Project manage and activate Bank corporate sponsorships
  • Review sponsorship requests and proposals by other businesses and functions to ensure investments adhere to the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Sponsorships & Donations policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate/ manage third party agencies and event companies
  • Forecast, manage and ensure maximum leverage of the sponsorship budget
  • Track campaign performance and ROI
  • Work with Global Sourcing and Legal & Compliance to put effective vendor management in place including supplier panels, partnership agreements and monitoring, where required
Governance
  • Accountable for the CABM budgets and scorecards
  • Ensure adherence to the Risk Management Framework, Group Code of Conduct and various Policies, Procedures and Guidelines of the Bank by the regional CABM team

  • Key business and functional leads including support functions such as HR, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Risk, and Supply Chain Management
  • Group Brand and Group Sponsorships teams

  • Embed Here for good and Group\xe2\x80\x99s brand and values in Corporate Affairs, Brand & Marketing team,
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures.

Functional
  • 12+ years of marketing and sponsorships/event management experience
  • Experience managing large scale sponsorships is advantageous
  • Banking industry experience an advantage
  • At least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a business, communication or marketing discipline.
  • Excellent creative acumen, extensive digital marketing experience and strong analytics experience
  • Strong business/product knowledge
