Job Title Director, Transaction Management

Summary This role is part of a newly established group within the APAC Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM) group and was designed to provide to clients, internal GOS stakeholders within APAC and globally and the broader C&W business with a group of skilled and motivated real estate professionals able to mobilise for specific tasks / projects that don\xe2\x80\x99t conform to the usual transaction manager / account manager definition.


  • Oversight for larger transactions (this could be defined as anything above10k sq.m) This is a supporting role to account teams as required and envisaged would cover the APAC region
  • New Client development initiatives, looking at opportunities with Senior GOS leadership and broader Tenant Advisory Group for business sectors and geographies that dovetail into the broader CW capability
  • M&A Project oversight as required in the event of client acquistions of dispositions. This is likely to be more adhoc in nature
  • Development of win strategies within the broader APAC clients solutions / sales platform
  • Short term allocation to larger client accounts as required
  • Troubleshooting on \xe2\x80\x98challenging\xe2\x80\x99 client relationships, hypercare of contractual requirements
  • Implementing best practice from outside region, looking at opportunities for improved efficiency
  • Sit as part of regional IPM leadership team
  • Engage with global practice groups to develop clear capabilities that will evolve overtime
  • Develop either exclusively or as part of broader regional / global team responses to RFP\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Keep-up with industry trends and developments, helping to provide competitive advantage for the business;
  • Work within a matrix organization and enlist assistance and support from relevant people when compiling a solution / price / commercial proposal;
General
  • Train, develop, motivate and manage employees as necessary to meet established goals; reviews and appraises their work performance.
  • Cooperate with others to achieve corporate goals and objectives as to quality, service, cost and profitability.
  • Observe corporate policies and procedures.
  • Establish goals and objectives with timetables for the organizational unit and sub-units supervised.
  • Report to immediate supervisor(s) major problems and findings and results achieved with recommendations.
  • Clear through channels organizational changes contemplated, actions planned implying commitments, and expenditures in excess of approved budget.
  • Select subordinates with approval of appropriate supervisors; delegates to each necessary authority and responsibility for performance of assigned functions.
  • Implement government laws and regulations and adheres to established rulings of government authorities
  • Carries out responsibilities in a professional, courteous manner at all times
