With our global expansion plan, we are looking for an experienced Financial IT System Director / Senior Manager who will be responsible for formulating strategy, enhancing systems architecture as well as building and operating overseas financial IT systems. Reporting to the head of Group Financial IT Division, this position will lead the International Financial IT Division with teams across APAC, Europe and Americas to implement our global strategic plan and collaborate with the Group Financial IT team.

• Team Management: Lead and build up the teams in APAC, Europe and Americas to construct and maintain the overseas financial IT systems in order to support the international businesses to operate efficiently and effectively.
• Planning & Implementation of IT Solutions: Working with finance teams across the globe to plan and provide solutions to improve process efficiency, local user experience and ensure data-related compliance in different jurisdictions which the Group operates.
• Financial IT Project Management: Managing and implementing financial IT projects globally in accordance with the strategy and roadmap developed by the Financial IT Division and ensuring proper execution and timely completion of projects.
• Financial Systems Management: Maintain daily operations and ensure reliability of all overseas financial IT systems including set up of alert system / SOP to predict, monitor, and debug potential system issues in accordance with internal SLAs. Perform regular system assessments and reviews following requests and feedback from local users. Conduct regular system architecture and product development trainings to keep team members abreast of latest technological developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalents.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale financial IT system management with hands-on technical experience in system design, coding and implementation. Oracle ERP is preferred.
• Solid knowledge in financial system architecture, data flow and relevant product development languages including Java. Firm grasp of leading technological trends and best practices.
• Familiar with financial IT systems and experienced in developing implementing in-house technical solutions, including procurement-to-pay process, order-to-cash process, financial accounting and reporting, staff expenses reimbursement, budgeting, treasury, data analysis, etc.
• Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese due to the need to liaise the C-levels conversation with the China headquarters
