:
Washing plate, bowl, cutlery, glasses, and cups.
Washing kitchen items (i.e. pots, pans).
Store cleaned dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
Ensure there are enough washed dishes and cutlery, especially during peak hours.
Responsible for floor care, performing various surface tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping
Responsible for the maintenance of restaurant tables, chairs, and counters, carrying out tasks such as dusting, spraying, cleaning, and sanitizing.
Responsible for removing trash daily.
Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the restrooms daily (including refilling the soap dispenser, toilet paper dispenser, air freshener dispenser, cleaning the urinal and toilet bowl, clean the mirror).
Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of restaurant surfaces and furniture as needed.
Take care of the alfresco area, sweep the floor, and clear the leaves on the floor.
Ensure leaves are clean and needs watering.
