The dishwasher's responsibilities include washing of wares such as plates, bowls, cutleries and glasses. THE JOB : Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware.. Cleaning and replenishing stations in preparation for the following shift.. Sweeping and mopping the floors, particularly if anything is broken or spilled. Assisting other members of the restaurant staff with various chores as needed. Kitchen mishaps and food safety infractions should be reported. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR : Minimal work experience. Hard working and Organized Willingness to follow all food safety regulations.
