This will change the face of medicine as we know it.He or She shall be responsible for ensuring efficient transportation of shipments through our Vehicle fleet and local agent network to comply with the company and customer requirements, maintaining safety and quality standards and the responsibilities shall not be limited to the following: Coordinate collections, deliveries, drop-offs, and recoveries with other departments/Marken Offices/Agent and drivers. Maintain constant communication with Packaging Team to ensure availability of required supplies for collections, deliveries, drop-offs, and recoveries. Condition the shipments as required. Create the applicable Route Legs depending on the service. Provide the proper documentation to the agent/Marken Driver for collections, deliveries, drop-offs, and recoveries. Track every shipment using the Maestro Wiki report designed for Dispatch. Confirm that every recovery is complete by matching the information against the manifest during the reception process. Ensure that the Agent/Marken driver is updating the information in the system through the mobile app (XMaestro). Provide periodical inspection of the vehicles to confirm that they are in proper condition. For NFO shipments, provide expedited dispatch to tender the shipments immediately after collection and alert the receiving agent/office. Notify any discrepancies to the respective department, agent, or Marken Office and update Maestro accordingly. Updating the Tableau board. Upload all documents in the system in a timely manner. Download TT4's in the system in a timely manner. Place delay codes and notes in Maestro. Update the dispatch turnover spreadsheet for the next shift. Confirm and print emails for pickups. Consistent communication with Export and Import for airport recoveries and drops. Know the location of your drivers and LSP'S always. Replenish all local deliveries as necessary. Pay for Import shipments. Create Pick Up Orders for airlines. Go over the route leg alert screen in Maestro.Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant experience with administrative background With valid class 3/4 driving licence is preferred Demonstrated ability to properly label shipments (weight, contents, orientation, overpack, etc.) Airline booking procedures Data entry into TMS Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Applications Knowledge of international compliance & security regulations
