Dispatching Officer
Job Description
Responsible for the operations of transportation for day and night shift to ensure the efficiently operation.Coordinate and allocate the capacity in accordance with the quantity of parcels and adjust the routes according to real circumstances.Support the daily transport vehicle arrangement plan, coordinate with affiliated car company (supplier) and all branches across country that required service.Analyze the vehicle usage of each unit, follow-up, and solve problems to meet the demands and requirements of customers on time.Support on data preparation for daily performance report, analyze problems, and suggest solutions to superior for create or modify work process to improve the operation efficiency and effectiveness.Perform other work delivered by the company or superiorQualifications:At least 1 - 3 years of experience in Logistics or Express industry. Good communication and coordination skills High responsibility and ability to work under pressure Flexible working hours, ability to work in shift Analytical skill, decision making skill and problem-solving skill In-depth understanding of product distribution process and vehicle planning processJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:
