THE DEPARTMENT Regional (Asia Pacific, Japan & China) Distribution & Logistics is the Center of Excellence and Stewards of 3 key pillars, Distribution & Logistics (D&L) Process, Transportation, and Trade Compliance. The hiring team is from the Transportation pillar which acts as the Steward for all Transportation / Logistics activities related to International & Intra-APJC Freight & Logistics through the management of our Global Freight Forwarders (GFF) through all-encompassing components such as insurance, dangerous goods, cold chain management, etc. THE OPPORTUNITY & WHAT YOU WILL DO Support the Transportation team in Transportation related activities such as

• Transportation Master Data Clean-up and Update
• Global Freight Forwarder (GFF) data clean-up and improvement
• Transportation Reliability related data support
• Support Freight bill audit process and improvement
• Support team on Analytics, Reporting, Requests, etc.
• Any ad-hoc activities related to Transportation

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE To be successful in this role, you should:

• Preferably major in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Analytics
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
• Advance Microsoft excel skills will be advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferably able to commit to a full-time internship for a period of 5 to 6 months, ideally from august 2022 to January 2023

• General knowledge of International Transportation & Logistics
• Gain insights into the Distribution and Logistics workings of a Global Healthcare organization
• Gain mentorship and teachings on valuable soft skills in a corporate setting
