We are hiring for a Logistics Intern (6 months contract) to join our Logistics Team based in Tampines. The incumbent will report to the Distribution Manager, SEAO and support on daily activities involving shipping operations and management of regional distribution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

RFQ for Domestic & International Distribution

• Prepare and provide data for RFQ document
• Consolidate and compare rates received from 3PL
• Analyse and provide recommendations

Review and update SOPs

• Import and Export SOPs
• Inbound and Outbound SOPs

Mandatory Packaging Reporting (MPR)

• Prepare and update packaging data for CY23 reporting

Support Shipping Operations

• Prepare and generate export documents
• Create/update inbound shipment records in GTS
• CITES permit application
• ATA Carnet application

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Open to students with a focus on Supply chain or related discipline background
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Energetic, pro-active, and independent
• Team player and detail-oriented
