You will play a pivotal role in maintaining bookings and rates in various revenue channels and assist to drive demand and bookings to the hotel. If you are an organized and detail-oriented individual, we want you to be part of our growing team.Job Responsibilities:

• Run daily pickup and other revenue related reports
• Report & analyze the performance of all revenue channels
• Audit availability of rates
• Manage up-to-date hotel content, inventory, rates and restrictions in all online selling platforms
• Maintain desired balance of OTA bookings vs. brand.com
• Identify and initiate marketing activities with the support of Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing teams to drive demand and bookings to hotel
• Enforce Best Rate Guarantee compliance and ensure the rate parity across channels
• Ensure rates are loaded in timely manner and accurately in systems for Corporate, Consortia accounts
• Conduct rate and promotion checks
• Troubleshoot system connectivity related issues
• Reply OTA websites reviews
• Handle agents with dynamic connectivity

Talent Profile

• Minimum one year of work experience in a similar capacity, with knowledge in Opera system.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related qualifications.
• Keen to learn and able to adapt to fast-paced work environment.
