We\'re looking for a talented Executive, Distribution-Agency to join our Distribution, Strategy & Transformation Department in our Singapore office!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and ensure effective relationship management with new and existing agents to increase sales to meet business targets and to ensure long term business partnership.
• Actively identify opportunities to introduce company products and develop new sales enquiries thereby increasing the revenue opportunity within each producer business portfolio.
• Advise producers on policies and operating procedures and processes to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
• Monitor and analyze producers\xe2\x80\x99 performance to determine focus of sales efforts and ensuring profitable growth.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Finance and IT teams to facilitate prompt and efficient servicing support to producers.
• Compliance to corporate governance and industry regulations and procedures.
• Gather market intelligence to ensure company\xe2\x80\x99s competitiveness and capitalize on market opportunities to identify trends and develop new ways to grow the business profitably.

• Bachelor\'s degree or above
• Holder of Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) and Health Insurance qualification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong relationship building, customer focus and management skills
• Strong interpersonal, communications, negotiations and analytical skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
