We have opportunities within our Supply Chain team, overseeing Ready to Wear, Shoes and High End (Watches and Jewellery).
Both roles will focus on distribution planning, while the High-End category will involve sales planning and stock allocation. You will collaborate with Merchandising and local teams, leveraging detailed sales trends and inventory analysis to ensure the strategic placement of products, maximizing sales opportunities and contributing to the Company's ambitions.

Missions
Distribution and Inventory Management
Ensure regular actions to maintain appropriate stock coverage that allows the business to be at its full potential.
Coordinate planned actions to balance the stock of seasonal products according to a planned calendar to capitalize opportunities to reach a maximum sell-through.
Validate store specific requests for stock (client request, event) on products under allocation.
Perform regular clean-up of the network of End of Season and helps to retrieve obsolete products from the retail stores.
Communication
Collaborate with other categories in monitoring and providing relevant analysis of retail performance such as rebalancing compliance rates, conversion rate and reservation levels.
Provide stock status and visibility on distribution plan
Share performance and sell through reports
Client Orders
Implement the pre-ordering strategy of new collections to launch for both Ready-to-Wear and Shoes activities by configuring correct pre-ordering date and scope of product within the Distribution application tool and Order Management System.
Supporting retail teams by troubleshooting issues of orderability and respond to enquiries on the availability of products.
Coordinating sourcing of products for Ecommerce/Client Service as well as areas where ordering via systems is not possible.
Monitoring Omni Channel performance with close follow up on the fulfilment of client orders and lead time, hence detecting anomalies that risk client service failure. In this aspect, he/she will need to follow up with Central for delivery.
Work with regional merchandisers to coordinate for events' needs and the organization of network
Systems
Being the key-user in system-related matters (troubleshooting, issue escalations and evolutions)
Ensure most optimized setup in our distribution and ordering systems to allow correction behavior in managing pre-ordering and launch setup.
Manage abnormalities hindering orderability via timely troubleshooting as well as escalations of system issues to IS Support and Central Transformation Team.
Guide team members in using Ordering Management system (OMS)

Profil
Prior experience in Supply Chain and Distribution
Proficiency in MS Excel
Competency in Inventory Planning and Knowledge in Logistics, customs aspects will be an advantage
Power BI knowledge, Programming skills (VBA, SQL), SAP experience will be a plus
Quantitative analytical skills and computer savvy; Reliability in data analysis
Ability to remain focused and work efficiently under pressure, capacity to manage multiple requests efficiently, taking initiative to manage various milestones and deadlines
