Role Purpose:

Our HR Intern forms part of the dynamic Diversity & Inclusion team in Human Resources responsible for the oversight of the Group\xe2\x80\x99s Diversity & Inclusion strategic plan implementation. The role holder will collaborate closely with the Group Diversity & Inclusion Director and PRUCommunities Programme Consultant on projects across Asia and Africa to empower our people, foster transparency, and build communities.

Key Assignments

The role is full-time supporting some or all the following assignments:

1. Support the delivery of the D&I Council action plan

2. Implement an exciting engagement strategy for PRUCommunities to engage, share practices, and create and/or co-build initiatives and sustain momentum across the Group and within Business Units

3. Sourcing and drafting content for our PRUCommunities newsletter for sharing on our internal communications platform

4. Drive engagement on D&I content on internal and external media

5. Support the reward and recognition of our people who collaborate on our projects

6. Coordinate intranet updates through our Content Management System

7. Drive effective data analyses, metrics reporting, and communication of D&I outcomes across PRUCommunities and the wider D&I remit

8. Represent D&I and Prudential through active participation in internal and external events, share, learn and drive best practices

9. Support external benchmarking and reporting including but not limited to Bloomberg GEI, FTSE Women Leaders, HMT Women in Finance Charter, Parker Review, Workforce Disclosure Initiative, CCLA Mental Health Benchmarking, ESG Reports, and Sustainalytics

Job Requirements
