Deployment, Operations Planning and Volunteer Management * Operationalise engagement strategies and ensure sufficient deployment of Silver Generation Ambassadors (SGAs) * Supervise a team of SGAs to engage seniors through house visits & communi Deployment, Operations Planning and Volunteer Management Operationalise engagement strategies and ensure sufficient deployment of Silver Generation Ambassadors (SGAs) Supervise a team of SGAs to engage seniors through house visits & community events Track progress of volunteer management and engagement, to recruit and retain SGAs and guide them to meet quality standards Ensure that stipulated performance standards, such as approval timelines and outreach targets are met Execute operation audits as required to ensure that processes are adhered to and engagement quality is maintained Be involved in new modalities of outreach and engagement for new schemes Coordinate active ageing programmes and functional screenings with community partners and government agencies to ensure events are held smoothly and divisional KPIs are met Coordinate befriending transition referrals to ensure clients are handed off across local partners in a seamless manner Sense needs and identify seniors who require additional care and support Consolidate feedback from seniors and partners to identify and analyse needs in the community Network Development Engage local community stakeholders and partners (such as Regional Health Systems) to identify opportunities for collaboration that are in line with divisional work-plan Project management of local community pilots, including review and evaluation to achieve better social-health outcomes for seniors Support community partners in the implementation of the Eldercare Centre model and Healthier SG initiatives Job Requirements Degree in any discipline, healthcare, social work or counselling related field will be an advantage At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in healthcare, social services or community engagement. Candidates with no relevant experience may apply too. Passion in communication or outreach work on public policies Strong ability to mobilise people into action Good people and communication skills Dependable and good problem solving skills Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic work environment Able to work after office hours when required Only Singaporeans
