  • Lead and supervise Deputy Heads, Senior/Division Leads under charge, including their professional development and performance management
  • Work closely with Cluster Office to set direction for and implement capability development initiatives for staff
  • Lead and develop local volunteer management strategy to build and sustain a pool of competent Silver Generation Ambassadors (SGAs) and accountable for SGAs’ ‘happiness’ index and volunteering experience
  • Strategise, plan and oversee execution of operations and deployment, to ensure Satellite Office (SO) level targets are met, including but not limited to targets associated with senior engagements & ad-hoc operations; stipulated timeline, standards and processes for care coordination; and volunteer and stakeholder management
  • Lead, develop and execute local networking building strategy and engagement plan to support network and community care ecosystem development
  • Identify priority service gaps and spearhead the development of initiatives and interventions to meet seniors’ needs and achieve better social-health outcomes. Review and scale beneficial programmes across SO.
  • Oversee and monitor SO expenditure to ensure optimisation and compliance to established finance guidelines and policies


Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline, healthcare, social work or counselling related will be an advantage
  • Prior experience with community stakeholder engagement is advantageous with at least 12 years of working experience and 5 years of supervisory management experience managing teams
  • Experience in engaging community stakeholders and working with government and non-government agencies e.g. grassroots and/or social service providers
  • Good knowledge of health and social landscape will be an advantage
  • Good supervisory skill and is able to mobilise people into action
  • Possess good critical thinking, analytical, decision-making skills and strong in follow-up work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for working with seniors and community partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
