Responsibilities
- Provide support to engineers in compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission.
- Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to ensure schedules are followed
- Ensure client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements on the submitted documents are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Perform quality control and maintenance of the documents.
- Disseminate, monitor and track all documents
- Carry out secretary duties as and when required.
- Min GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level or its equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the same industry
- Familiar with ISO 9001 will be an added advantage
- Independent with good time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- Team player with good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel)
- 3 months contract with possibility of extension, if required
