Job Description

• Basic up to $3000
• Monday to Friday; 8am - 5.30pm
• Location: Tampines (Transport provided at Woodlands, Ang Mo Kio, Hougang)
• AWS, VB

Job Scope:

• Responsible for document control system
• Work with respective document owners / co-workers to ensure documentation system is maintained according to the local document control related procedures and the respective management system requirements
• Maintain and accurately update information in electronic document system
• Conduct training (related to documentation system) as well as developing and updating of training materials related to documentation system
• Work with Headquarter on document control activities
• File and archive documentation to facilitate easy retrieval
• Any other ad-hoc job duties as assigned
• Maintain confidentiality on sensitive documentation

Additional Information:

• At least 1 year relevant experience
• Knowledge in SAP in advantageous
