• Basic up to $3000 * Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm * Location: Tampines (Transport provided at Woodlands, Ang Mo Kio, Hougang) * AWS, VB Job Scope: * Responsible for document control s Basic up to $3000 Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm Location: Tampines (Transport provided at Woodlands, Ang Mo Kio, Hougang) AWS, VB Job Scope: Responsible for document control system Work with respective document owners / co-workers to ensure documentation system is maintained according to the local document control related procedures and the respective management system requirements Maintain and accurately update information in electronic document system Conduct training (related to documentation system) as well as developing and updating of training materials related to documentation system Work with Headquarter on document control activities File and archive documentation to facilitate easy retrieval Any other ad-hoc job duties as assigned Maintain confidentiality on sensitive documentation Additional Information: At least 1 year relevant experience Knowledge in SAP in advantageous Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
