We are looking for a

Document Controller

with proven experience in the

construction industry

to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project-related documents and records to ensure compliance with company and project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper version control. Set up and maintain a comprehensive document control system (both electronic and physical). Control the flow of documents within the project team, including submission, distribution, and archiving. Ensure all drawings, specifications, and project correspondences are properly logged and updated. Monitor document approval processes and follow up with relevant departments for timely submissions. Prepare transmittals, maintain document registers, and issue controlled copies as required. Liaise with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with documentation procedures. Support project audits and ensure readiness for internal and external quality inspections.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 2-4

years of experience

as a Document Controller within the

construction industry

in Singapore. Familiar with

document control systems

such as Aconex, Asite, or similar EDMS platforms. Good knowledge of construction drawings, documentation procedures, and project workflows. Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

and digital document management. Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of

ISO documentation standards

and compliance requirements. * Prior experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or building projects in Singapore.
