We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Project Expeditor and Document Controller

to join our team. The successful candidate will work as part of a growing team of engineers to assist in the design and supply of HVAC systems for offshore oil platforms and vessels from design, construction, installation to commissioning. The position involves broad and direct exposure to many engineering disciplines in a fast-paced and exciting industry.

Project Expeditor and Document Controller

Main Responsibilities:

Primary role will be to assist in the creation and maintenance of document control systems for ongoing and future projects while assisting to track and expedite project progress. Day-to-day tasks will include (but not be limited to):


Tracking of document registers, schedules, and progress reports Document control tasks in several client portals/interfaces: management of document receipt and submittal, transmittal creation, etc. Internal/external communication, meeting, and discussion with intent of tracking progress, expediting tasks, and maintaining schedules Supporting logistics tasks for shipment of equipment locally and internationally

Requirements:

Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.*
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills will be required to efficiently coordinate with clients, vendors, and colleagues*
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.*
Microsoft Office (Especially Excel).*
Logistic knowledge (incoterm and documentation) will be a plus.*
