JOB SUMMARY
Documentation Analyst is responsible for sorting, scanning, filing, monitoring and safe-keeping of all the soft and hard copies of documents of Finance - Philippine Controllership Division.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Payment Disbursement Vouchers and its supporting Documents
Billing Statements
Official Receipts
Acknowledgement receipts
Related party transaction documents
Bank statements
Liquidatuion forms
Cash position reports and its deposit slips
Daily sales reports
Contracts
And all other documents to be assigned from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to exercise independent judgement.
High degree of knowledge of modern office equipment and procedures, and various types of filing systems and methodologies.
Ability to gather information and organize it in an orderly fashion.
Competent skill in Microsoft Office.
Reliable, task oriented, responsible, very keen to details, well organized and can work under pressure.
