Duties & Responsibilities*Perform tasks under the direction and supervision of General Manager.
*Assist in the preparation of documents that have to be submitted to various government or private offices.
*Review, check and coordinate all activities related to the Document Control for processing and consolidation.
*Accurately encode data in a database(s) within the allotted turnaround time (TAT).
*Assist in database maintenance, organizing an archiving system, retrieving documents upon request and outlining a long-term storage strategy.
*Perform other job-related projects as may be assigned from time to time.Qualifications
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's /College degree on any Business course
-Candidate must be exceptionally meticulous/ keen on documents and multi-tasker
-At least one (1) year of experience in document preparation, review, and filing/safekeeping.
-Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel.
-With good oral and written communication and organizational skills.
