Summary:
- Basic up to $3,200
- Monday to Friday
- Valve Supplier
- Location: Sungei Kadut
- Ensure preparation of project document in accordance with customer expectation.
- Take ownership of allocated project documentation work.
- Proactive communication with vendors for projects/ MRO documentation support request.
- Understanding customers businesses and processes.
- Prompt resolution of customers concerns and inquiries.
- Including QA documentation. (Customer maybe direct or indirect)
- Driven to close final documentation request.
- Work closely with execution team to understand project requirement
- Work closely with Finance team to follow up on retention invoicing.
- Prompt attention to incoming calls / emails.
