Job Description
The work location is based at Tampines. This is a 12-mths contract role.Credit Administration for End-to-End Processing of HDB and Private Residential Home Loans (PHL)This includes the following functions: * Processing and Checking of New Home Loan Applications
- Documentation Processing: This entails disbursement, redemption and other service-related requests, such as:
- Restructuring of credit facilities after disbursement
- Partial capital repayment
- Repricing of loans
- Bridging Loans, etc.
- Safe-Keeping of Security Documents: Performed safekeeping of the security documents via CLIMS
- Liaison with External and Internal Parties: This includes solicitors, valuers, branches, contact centre, Mortgage Specialist centre, and other departments regarding mortgage-related issues and inquiries.
