Our client is a trading company dealing in iron ore, coal and palm oil, etc. They have an immediate
requirement for Documentation/Operations Executive

1) Documentation required for trading of bulk commodities.
Prepare & review sales & purchase contracts.
Prepare & review Export and Import leg Letter of Credits.
Prepare & Review Export and Import leg Shipping Documents
Process Marine Cargo Insurance & Charter Party Liability Insurance requirements
Preparation and Review of Vessel Laytime Statements

2) Banking Related
Liaising with Bank\'s operations & sales team for timely opening of LCs.
Import & Export leg document retirement and submission.
Discounting of Export LCs and related work
Prepare Documentation required for other payment terms like DA, DP or CAD

3) MIS Works
Maintain and update MIS as per Management\'s requirements.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of Bulk Commodity Trading
Hands on knowledge of Letter of Credits, Shipping Terms, Shipping Documents
Basic Knowledge of Vessel Chartering, Marine Insurance, Charter Party Liability Insurance
Hands on knowledge of banking terms and banking documentation
Basic knowledge of accounting
Basic knowledge of Shipping Terms
Derivative Trade, paper Trade knowledge is desirable.

Work Experience of five to seven years in a Bulk Commodity Trading Company in similar domain is added advantage.

Work week : Mon-Fri
Salary : Upto S$ 8K (open for negotiations)
