Responsibilities

Manage the daily operation, monitoring, and optimization of domain software to ensure high availability and stability. Respond to and resolve technical issues within domain application, including troubleshooting and repairs. Help applications developed by company go to production Provide governance in application maintenance and software deployment Coordinate between product, project, customer for product related issues Feedback issues to product teams for better product enablement Maintaining a professional demeanor with clients and colleagues. Build capability as domain SME in both IT and business knowledge. e.g. Energy management/Micro-Grid Software deployment and upgrade where necessary Write and maintain operational documentation, troubleshooting guides, and related technical materials.

Job Requirement (Must Have Skill)

Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent 2-5 years' experience in Application Maintenance Able to handle fast moving technology trend.

Good to Have

VMware and/or Azure experience will be a big plus. Domain experience is a plus (Renewables, Energy management, Micro-Grid) Chinese speaking and reading would be a big plus.

Technical / Professional Skills

Rich experience on database ( Mysql, Redis, TSDB, etc.) Hands-on experience on Linux commands, web debugging skills and issue investigation
