Performance Engineer Intern - Smart O&M for PV Systems

PV Doctor is a Singapore-registered startup specializing in Smart O&M services for PV systems. In less than a year, we've built a portfolio of 1,000+ systems, totaling 500+ MWp, and we're rapidly expanding--targeting 1 GWp by year-end.


We're looking for a Performance Engineer Intern to join our team, primarily supporting our Smart O&M services as we onboard more systems in Thailand. This role also offers exposure to our other key services with a focus on data analytics and performance optimization.

What You'll Do

Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and improving PV system performance. Work with real-time data from our growing portfolio, identifying underperformance and recommending solutions. Support predictive maintenance strategies using advanced analytics. Collaborate with the team to enhance Smart O&M processes. Contribute to performance reports and customer insights. Potentially assist in other areas, such as audits, repowering, and rectifications.

What We Look For

Singapore Polytechnic students with background in engineering or science (electrical, renewable energy, mechanical or related fields). Students will availability for full time for at least 3 months period will be an advantage. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance data. Passion for solar energy and optimization. Proficiency in Excel, or Python and other data analysis tools is a plus. Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
