Job Description
Responsibilities: * Ensure effective compliance with rules and regulations (e.g. BCA, MOM, NEA and etc) * Overall responsible for day to day operations and management of the dormitory * Revie Responsibilities: Ensure effective compliance with rules and regulations (e.g. BCA, MOM, NEA and etc) Overall responsible for day to day operations and management of the dormitory Review upkeep and maintenance of dormitory operation strategy and performance improvement Administers to emergency situations and reports to local authorities i.e. SPF, SCDF for further support when situation calls Requirements: Diploma in any field Possess Fire Safety Manager Certificate is an added advantage Minimum 1 year of relevant experiences in dormitory operations Familiar with Foreign Employee Dormitories Act , Dormitories Regulation Able to plan, organize, handle multiple priorities and work independently Good communication & interpersonal skills Working Area - Upper East Coast Road
