Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective compliance with rules and regulations (e.g. BCA, MOM, NEA and etc)
- Overall responsible for day to day operations and management of the dormitory
- Review upkeep and maintenance of dormitory operation strategy and performance improvement
- Administers to emergency situations and reports to local authorities i.e. SPF, SCDF for further support when situation calls
- Diploma in any field
- Possess Fire Safety Manager Certificate is an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experiences in dormitory operations
- Familiar with Foreign Employee Dormitories Act , Dormitories Regulation
- Able to plan, organize, handle multiple priorities and work independently
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Working Area - Upper East Coast Road
