About the Company: Our client is a well-established, ISO accredited and rapidly expanding construction firm specialized in a wide variety of projects ranging from Construction of Commercial & Residential Building, Alterations and Alterations Works, Restoration of Conservations Building, Renovation and Interior Fit-Out Works including Design and Build Project. The company is a progressive construction and fitting out firm certified by Building and Construction Authority (BCA) as A2 Category.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all drafting works as directed
- Receipt, distribute, record, and file all drawings
- Control of issuance of drawings to relevant parties
- Ensure BIM standards comply with Authority submissions
- Work closely with Designers, Project Managers, and clients to meet project requirements
- Detailing and documentation of working drawing
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Civil / Construction Engineering or equivalent
- Having min 1-2 years of hands-on working experience on BIM / Revit
- Proficient in Architecture, Structural, MEP Modelling, and designing software (Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, etc.)
