Create detailed technical drawings of kitchen layouts and equipment.
Convert sketches and specifications into CAD drawings.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams.
Update drawings based on feedback and site requirements.
Maintain drawing records and ensure timely submission for approval.
Qualifications:
Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD (2D or 3D), knowledge of Revit or SketchUp is a plus.
1-3 years of drafting experience, preferably in commercial kitchens or fabrication.
Attention to detail, good communication, and teamwork skills.
