Proficient at using AutoCAD and BIM Software for shopdrawings or construction drawings.
Maintain record, updated and issue progress models / drawings to site team and prepare As-Built Models and Drawings
Generate and conduct Virtual Design Construction (VDC)
Assist in general quantity surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking-off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties and Material Inquiries & procurement.
Monitor the site progress, and confirms sub-contractors, vendors and supplier\xe2\x80\x99s obligations.
Any other admin jobs and duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Architecture and with Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) knowledge
At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
