Prepare cost estimation, budgeting, and tender submissions.
Perform quantity take-off and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Evaluate and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
Assist in contract administration and cost control throughout the project.
Conduct site measurement and verification when necessary.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project costs are well managed.
Maintain proper documentation and records of cost data and contract correspondences.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the construction or M&E industry
Good knowledge of tendering procedures and cost estimation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD (an advantage).
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
