Responsibilities

• Prepare and amend HVAC technical (Mechanical) drawings
• Provide drafting support
• Ensure drawings are produced in accordance to requirements
• Keep & maintain records of drawings done
• Other duties as & when assigned
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standard

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or ITE drafting certificate
• Familiar with BIM documentation and procedures to interface with other modules.
• Able to create and update BIM models based on contract drawings and latest information
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in M&E building services or ACMV
• Familiar with CP83 and able to use REVIT software
• Able to perform site measurements and translate into drawings with no or minimum supervision
• Proficient in AutoCAD / Max 3D
• Able to complete complex mechanical design and drafting assignments under minimal supervision.
• Provide overall drafting support and coordination of drawings throughout the project.

Information:

• Salary: up to $3500 + AWS + VB
• Location: Boonlay Way
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
