- To create, check, review and making good shop and/or layout drawings being assigned by superior.
- Designing the lifts & escalator layouts for Construction, Sales, Service and any other Departments.
- To create proposal for customer to optimize the understanding of the requirement for lifts and escalators.
- To ensure all shop drawings are produced are precise, accurate and on time for submission to the factory and customers.
- To update and maintain record of the latest/current drawings issued by Otis factories and other relevant Government Code Authorities.
- To work and coordinate with Sales, Sales Engineers, Construction, Service team members.
- To ensure compliance to the ISO procedures.
- To create standards for accuracy and efficiency.
- To understand the code of practices in relation to lifts, escalators and buildings.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as instructed and required by HOD.
