• Jurong east
• 5.5 days (Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm / Sat 8:30am - 12:30pm)
• Salary range: $3000 - $4000 + transport allowance + variable bonus
• Yearly renewable contract basis, with end contract incentive

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience
• Well verse in building services especially ducting and piping, etc. in Industrial and Commercial Developments
• Proficient in REVIT (BIM) and Autocad Application (2D & 3D)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To prepare & update ACMV shop drawings, detail drawings, as-built drawings using Autocad and Revit Softwares
• To maintain & update drawings as needed and make corrections to drawings as directed by Superior
• To prepare accurate and quality drawings independantly and review own work prior to submission
• To co-ordinate with Designer/Site Engineers with regards to drawing detail and all other necessary sketch as requested by Client

• To maintain drawing records and reports
• To prepare BIM MEP modelling and to liaise with BIM co-ordinator to meet Clients\' requirements
